Paying for parking charge ticket for UKPC

Hi
I got parking charge ticket , I tried to pay it the same day and after 24 hours via online and via phone but every time it responds with the reference number is not valid try again.
I emailed UKPC via compliant department and their email . but so far no response.
Any ideas please what is the next step.

It's not a fine. You don't pay these scams.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
