Stamp Duty Refund

Hi,
I owned House A which was my main residence and then in May 2024 I purchased House B, which then became my main residence and rented out House A.
I'm now looking to purchase House C which will become my main primary residence, and House B will be rented out. If i sold House A after purchasing House C, would I still be able to claim back the stamp duty refund on House C, bearing in mind, that i had another main residence between House A & House C?
Any advice would be great!
Thanks

The answer here is likely to be different depending on which country House B and House B are in. Are they both in England, so that the relevant stamp duty is stamp duty land tax?Kym122 said:Hi,
