My partner has been told that they will be closing their site and all employees at that site will be made redundant. Their work will be 'integrated' into another site a few miles away. Should both sites be 'pooled' for redundancy?

we need far more detail to know whether any groups of staff at the other site ought to be in any redundancy pools , if the site was 100 miles away or 300 miles I suspect this question might not be coming up ....Tawnytess said:My partner has been told that they will be closing their site and all employees at that site will be made redundant.
