Sent a complaint to my MP today also incorporating much of the suggested template from another poster re the petition. Will complain to DVLA next. I am aware of the data protection issues (a field I worked in for 30 plus years and I have an LLM) but considering my options - will see if Horizon reply within 28 days as a starter and if they apologise and explain. Horizon just cancelled the invoice after my appeal. I was very annoyed about Tesco's attitude that it was nothing other than do with them.
