    Did you get any reason? I just part-transferred an ISA to them (for a 3 year fix), and it took around a week, so no complaints here.

    My advice would be avoid Vida and invest elsewhere. 
    They have completely messed up my £85000 cash isa transfer from Tembo ...resulting in  my cash being  in limbo for nearly 5 weeks , I have had excuse after excuse from them and  because of this and their extremely poor customer service i have  told them to return the cash to Tembo.
    The result of their mess up means I have lost out on 5 weeks of interest so far to date.
    I have raised  a complaint with Vida and will be reporting them to the FCA and Financial Ombudsman. 
    Be warned ⚠️

    It may not be viable to pull the plug on a transfer that's already been started (despite issues encountered) but if you let the transfer complete then they should pay interest backdated to when the money left the previous provider.

    If you don't have a satisfactory response to your complaint then you can indeed escalate it to FOS but the FCA won't be interested.
