Customers, we do have a security guard now which has helped, but we are in a very disadvantaged area and our customers can be challenging sometimes. Most are fine, but to be fair if I was queuing for over 30 min I'd be annoyed (but not abusive), however we have been told to hit targets we must ignore the queue and take as long as needed with the customer in front of us.

Yes the more I think about it the more I feel that way, but I guess it's fear of the unknown.
