Energy club EON deal access for existing customers

I read that the EON Next fixed 16m deal is available for existing customers but the only button available is to switch supplier. I don't want to switch just get the cashback from EON. Any suggestions on how I go about this?

Hi @Arcadyresident - I've checked with our Utilities team and they tell me that  you should be able to go through the process on the Cheap Energy Club as if you were a new customer, as the “switch” button here means switch tariff, not necessarily switching supplier.  If you have further problems please let us know and we'll try to help.
