LISA dividend question

fromscratch

If you have funds/ETFs that pay dividends in a LISA (income ones not accumulation that is automatically re-invested in the fund), are you able to withdraw then from the LISA whenever you want without incurring the withdrawal penalty- becuase they are not contributions you have made? Or is everything in the LISA off limits until it matures for retirement or buying first home?
What if you have a cash LISA- can you withdraw interest (not the government bonus), or is it all stuck in there?
Thank you wise people

You can withdraw money from your ISA if you’re:
- buying your first home
- aged 60 or over
- terminally ill, with less than 12 months to live
