Lease car parking tickets

Please may someone help.
We have a business lease car through Skoda and received two PCN’s on consecutive days in the same car park. The first was for not paying within 10 mins (wasn’t clear how to pay, dark, took photo of sign and went back to car to get glasses. Paid in cash.) The second was for leaving after the two hours allotted time (the driver couldn’t leave as a huge Iceland lorry was off loading and blocking the exit. The driver waited 20 mins to be able to leave.)
The lease company (Skoda) has informed Excel that our business leases the car but our company has not received anything from Excel. The dates of contravention and issue are way over 14 days. We have written to Skoda to ask them not to pay anything and to refer all correspondence to our company. We have no communication with Excel.
Very much hoping to get some urgent help as dates are looming.

Nothing you can do until the Notice to Hirer (NtH) arrives in your company name. You then go on to tell the parking company to go sit on a sharp stick and rotate because they cannot hold the company liable as the Hirer because they have not complied with all the requirements in PoFA, especially Paragraph 14.

No one pays a penny in these circumstances. You ay also want to explain to the morons at Skoda that a Parking Charge Notice from an unregulated private parking company is simply an invoice and nothing to do with any "offence" and cannot be "prosecuted".

There is nothing you can do until you receive a notice in your company name. You are not the Keeper of a leased vehicle so you can't respond to notice that is not addressed to you or your company.

Technically, if the morons at Skoda Finance were switched on, they could have just told Excel themselves to go and rotate on a sharp stick because even they could not be liable as the Keeper. The NtKs were issued too late to comply with PoFA, so only the unknown driver could be liable. Excel (and Skoda Finance) have no idea of the drivers identity.

NTH now received. Nobody wants a court date so should the payment just be made?

Nobody on here funds Excel.  Anyone who does must hang their head in shame.

Just appeal as Hirer (to fully hook them in your direction) then try IAS if you want the laugh.  Or just ignore Excel as you would after losing at IAS anyway. This is all normal. No paying
