No more info needed now than I've already carefully written for everyone about POPLA COMMENTS stage (see NEWBIES thread again) except that this point below has no legs whatsoever so DO NOT SAY THIS:

"The payment charge for 1 hour parking is £1.00, yet a £100 fee is being pursued. This is an unfair cost and disproportionate to the cost to CEL for the car being parked on the car park."
