C1 form different spelling of middle name on will and death certificate

HI i'm looking for appropriate wording to put in the C1 declaration that the middle name used on the will spelt with an 'e' should have been spelt with an 'a' as per the death certificate

One option is to include in the declaration something like:

In said will the said deceased is per incuriam named John Alen Love instead of John Alan Love.
