Change Annual Travel Insurance provider: ?previously booked trips covered?

When changing Annual Travel Insurance provider, will the new provider cover trips  that were booked under a previous provider but that I haven't yet travelled on?

Ultimately need to read the terms of the policy. Typically they will but not for medical conditions that existed before you bought the policy unless they are declared and they confirm they are accepted.
