1. The prize draw is organised on behalf of our travel agent members located across the UK by The Advantage Travel Partnership, of c/o Regus, Eagle House, 167 City Road, London, EC1V 1AW.
2. Entry to the draw will be permitted between 13 January 2025 to midnight on 10 February 2025 inclusive.
The Prize
3. An easyJet holidays voucher for £5,000 to be used on a European family holiday for up to four people comprising 2 adults, and 2 children aged up to 16 years of age, to include return economy flights from UK airports operated by easyJet at the time of booking.
4. The winner can choose to upgrade their prize by paying any difference between the value of the voucher and the final cost of the holiday they wish to book.
5. Flights, accommodation, baggage and transfers must be booked at the same time in order for the holiday to be classified and protected as a ‘package holiday’.
6. If not included as part of the holiday package booked, insurance and any additional costs, including but not limited to airport parking, airport accommodation, transfers, tours and discretionary gratuities, are not included in the prize and are at the expense of the winning individual.
7. This prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and should the value of the holiday booked be less than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded or held as a credit to be used at a later date.
8. The travel agency who the entrant came via will be responsible for booking the winners prize.

10. easyJet holidays is responsible for providing the winner with the holiday booked in accordance with their standard booking Terms and Conditions and not The Advantage Travel Partnership or any of its travel agent members under any circumstances.
11. Once confirmed, the holiday booking is non-changeable and non-refundable.
12. Holiday needs to be redeemed by 31 August 2025 and can be used against any available travel date at time of booking.

How to enter
13. All entries must be submitted via your travel agency link to the online entry form.
14. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
15. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
16. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members will not accept responsibility for entries that are mislaid, incomplete or unsuccessful regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
17. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.com.
18. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility
19. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over with the exception of employees of The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members, their families and anyone else connected to the prize draw.
20. Only one entry per household is permitted.
21. In entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
22. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or prize draw.

The Draw
23. A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process within 14 days the prize draw ending.
24. The winner will be notified of the prize via email or telephone (using details provided at entry) directly by the travel agency who the entrant came via within 7 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the travel agency within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and The Advantage Travel Partnership be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
25. Once the winner has claimed their prize and the claim has been verified, the winner will arrange the booking of the prize elements directly with the travel agency who the entrant came via, and who are a member of The Advantage Travel Partnership.
26. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
27. The prize is supplied by easyJet holidays (the "Supplier"). The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control makes it necessary to do so.
28. The decision of The Advantage Travel Partnership regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
29. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to The Advantage Travel Partnership, of c/o Regus, Eagle House, 167 City Road, London, EC1V 1AW, or an email to marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.com within one month of the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
30. The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Limitation of liability
31. Insofar as is permitted by law, The Advantage Travel Partnership, its travel agency members, Supplier or supplier partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of The Advantage Travel Partnership, its travel agency members, Supplier or supplier partners or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Data protection and publicity
32. The Advantage Travel Partnership and our travel agent members are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy which can be found at www.advantagemembers.com/privacy-policy.html.
33. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by The Advantage Travel Partnership, the travel agent member, the Supplier and the supplier partners providing the prize to administer the prize draw.
34. Individuals’ information submitted to enter the prize draw will only be shared with the travel agency partner where the entry originated from. All consent preferences provided on the entry form will be adhered to in accordance with UK data protection laws.
35. Where no travel agency can be ascertained at the point of entry, individual names will be provided to your closest Advantage Travel Partnership travel agent member, for them to contact you in accordance with the consent you provide at the point of entering the prize draw.

Governing law
36. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
37. The Advantage Travel Partnership reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
