Second hand car faulty

Hi, I bought a second hand car 14 Dec 25. Within the next 2 weeks I noticed a fault, a knocking noise upon gear changes. The car did come with a 3 month engine and gear box warranty.
Called the garage 29 Dec 24 and they agreed to take it in week commencing 06 Jan due to the holidays. I got the car to them 08 Jan due to work.
They looked at the car and confirmed it was the rear control arms and replaced them. Due to delivery the car wasn’t ready for me to collect until 14 Jan 25, 32 days after purchase.
Because I advised the garage within the 30 days and I still covered to ask for a full refund or have I just fallen outside the period?
Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have not had one just yet as only sent the message in last night. will give them until 1000 to acknowledge it then make a call. the seller garage uses another garage for the repairs so no doubt they'll be talking with them first.0
