Just wanted to say thank you to the people here. 

I received a PCN from Euro Car Parks after visiting a Sainsbury’s. I went on two separate occasions but was instead accused of staying for over 8 hours.

I emailed the store manager my complaint and he has cancelled the PCN.

I would never have thought to do this had I not read the newbie sticky and other posts. 

What a fantastic forum and a force for good.
