DCBL debt recovery letter (3/1/25) G24 Ltd parking charge and 21/11/24

Hi there,
I was parked at a shopping centre and had not realised that you had to pay.

I have received a few letters for this now.. my most recent is from DCBL from 3rd of Jan 2025.

Can I find receipts for the shops where I bought
shopping and plea to their CEO to drop the charges?

Any help much appreciated!!  🙏

Ignore the debt collectors letters,  post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

Definitely keep trying plan A,  complaining about the PCN to the business or landowner or retail park management company ASAP

Do nothing. By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take are:

    - Tell them if you move house within 6 years.

    - Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread. Including that one. Did you miss those pictures?

    - Come back if you get a LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.  Probably from DCB Legal, whose claims are badly pleaded and they always discontinue!

Nobody pays a penny and no hearing is even needed in most cases.

Search the forum and read a few DCB Legal cases as they are easy to beat by waiting for a claim form - it is easier than appealing!

There is no risk AT ALL in defending a court claim. No CCJ. No bailiffs.

    DO NOT PAY THIS.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi there, thanks so much for replying to this one.. I have got another letter since
So I just ignore until I get a claim form?
Unfortunately  I got a claim form for another parking charge from a few years ago and I missed the dates and well I believe I now have a CCJ. Will this go against me if I'm appealing.?

I am diagnosed ADHD and have a hard time with admin so I don't know if that can help my case?

    Thanks so much!
