One point I will raise is that while I agree with what you say that you can speak to someone over the phone at FD, people like myself who are profoundly deaf, find it impossible to talk via phone and prefer to see someone face to face thus enabling a certain amount of lip reading as I do. This position dictates what services I can use. A great many people are in this position. That is why I prefer a high street bank.lr1277 said:With FD you talk to a person on the phone.
