Missed appeal window - Gatwick airport NtH

I have missed the opportunity to appeal a NtH. I have received 2 letters, one is a NtH from NCP, second is a letter titled Final reminder.

When the first letter was sent, I was away on holiday. For the second letter i was here (UK) but on the rear page it reads that 'it is too late to submit representations'

I did try going on the website to see if I can still appeal but it says 'Sorry, there has already been a previous appeal for this PCN' even though I didn't appeal.

Is there any options I have at this moment or do I just wait for the LBCCC?

Complain to NCP on the BPA AOS link that THE HIRER is prevented from appealing the NTH PCN, so also the hirer is adding their appeal to the NTH PCN letter to this complaint

Do a complaint online. Prove you were away and ask for debt recovery to be paused so you can appeal, as promised in clause WHATEVER IT IS* in the daft joint Code.

Add that their system is at fault as it blocks appeals by hirers, by wrongly stating that the hire firm's transfer of liability was 'an appeal' which it clearly wasn't.
