You never got the PCN then.

What are the 3 dates on the top right?

OK so the supposed date of the missing PCN was 12th, which was dated 'in time' but never arrived ...and we have no way of knowing if it was 'POFA worded' on the back, or not.

You could embed that image of the back of that Reminder into your POPLA appeal & say - as your first point of the usual few already shown for you in the NEWBIES thread 3rd post - that the only notice you received in November was this one with the non-PoFA back (don't show POPLA the top front...!).

That would force PEye to at least produce the real PCN in the evidence pack. Download and SAVE a copy of the whole pack in case POPLA is lost and you'll need the evidence for court stage, if they try.

  • Hi,
I'm struggling to find a parkingeye POPLA template. I've looked through many. Alot of them are older than 2017 which i believe it was advised not to use.
This one i found where an NTK wasn't recieved which in my case it wasn't. But the link doesn't work..

You don't need a template for that first point. Just write what I advised you to say, then copy & paste the usual 2 other POPLA points seen every time (already written).
