I had a missed appointment today by the metering contractor working for my business gas supplier.  I don't think there is a set figure but as a starting point what would be the figure in the domestic market ?

Even more annoying as a long saga as a senior manager contacted me on Sunday to confirm !

I think it's £30 for a missed appointment, unless it's also increased to £40 this year?
Sorry, that's not a very helpful answer!

    I'll start at £50,

A long saga- comms problem identified by supplier in Sept, bounced around internally with different sections quoting Service Level Agreements, appointment made before Christmas.

Something smells - why should a senior manager get involved after all this time.
