LOVE ISLAND ALL STARS S2 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Love Island All Stars S2 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, the Programme app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 13 January 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS, the App and online at 10.00am on Friday 28 February 2025. 
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 6 March 2025. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

• SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options: 

 

1. Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword LOVE orWINNER to 65554. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2. Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE to 65554. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to thirteen (13) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number. 

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry. 

 

• Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
  • Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of £10,000 and a holiday to Mauritius. 

 

(i) £10,000 cash 

 

This element of the prize consists of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only. 

 

(ii) A holiday to Mauritius 

 

This element of the prize consists of a seven-night holiday to Mauritius for the winner and up to one (1) companion to Mauritius. The prize includes return economy flights from a main UK airport to Mauritius airport (Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport), all flight taxes, surcharges and luggage allowance of 23kg per person. Please note that a direct flight cannot be guaranteed. The prize also includes return private transfers between Mauritius airport and the hotel, hotel accommodation for seven (7) nights on an all-inclusive basis at a 5-star hotel in Mauritius, based on two (2) people sharing a double room, a five Islands Private Speedboat and Snorkelling tour, which lasts for approx. 8 hours and includes private boat transportation with skipper, lunch, snorkelling equipment snacks and drinks, a private Jeep Forest Safari experience exploring Southwest Mauritius, which last approx. 7/8 hours and includes a 3-course lunch, Jeep trip into the Ebony Forests, tickets to Chamarel Coloured Earth and waterfalls, and standard travel insurance (however please note that pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered). 

 

The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

The prize must be booked at least twelve (12) weeks prior the departure date and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation. Travel dates and all elements of the prize are subject to availability, and the winner cannot take-up the holiday during (i) Christmas holidays between 25 December and 2 January; (ii) UK Easter weekend; (iii) any other UK bank holiday weekends and (iv) Mauritius bank holiday weekends. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. 

 

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Mauritius. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the holiday. Particular attention should be given to https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/mauritius. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party; (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs (if the winner and/or their companion(s) require additional cover), and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider of the holiday. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the holiday of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the UK airport, meals, drinks, excursions and travel insurance (other than those specified above), attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations. 

 

Upon booking their trip, the winner and their companion will be bound by and subject to the term and conditions of the hotel, airline(s) and any other company involved in the provision of the prize.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
