Ive an 18 month old EPC - C 73. Based on assumption there is cavity insulation. Seems like i might be eligible to cavity insulation grant is a D which it surely would have been had the EPC been done properly. Guess I can’t get the EPC adjusted. Do I have any alternative to carrying out a new one? I have had solar and batteries installed since which I think is likely to improve the EPC. Grateful for any thoughts - thanks
