Credit card for overseas spending

I run a small charity with 3 staff who have to travel internationally for work frequently. We bank with Unity Trust Bank, who provide us a cheap and reliable business current account but the card they offer is not great - £50 setup, £3 per month per card and 2.75% transaction fee when used abroad. Is there a credit card out there with the following criteria, or am I looking for a unicorn?! No monthly fee, no fee for overseas transactions, ethical investment policies (e.g. not Chase!) and available without having to set up an account with them - just pay by direct debit from our Unity Trust Bank current account.

I'm wondering if the charges/fees would be less with personal rather than business cards. There's usually no set up fee, many don't have any monthly fee, some have 0% on transactions overseas. I've got one from Santander but it's no longer available for new customers.
The only problem of course with personal cards is that the individual has to be able to get one.
There's a "best credit card" table on here somewhere and that might help some?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. I use the site finder.com.Into google I entered: finder business credit cards. This page was returned. The page might give you some ideas.Btw: I use finder for searching personal credit cards. With that functionality, there is a somewhat extensive search facility.Edited to add: I assumed you would need a business credit card which is why I posted the above. But as you know there are many different business structures. One of the cards mentioned is the Capital on Tap which is free and has free fx transactions. But if memory serves is only for limited companies. I don't know if they would take on a charity. Could be worth contacting them.0
