Amazon forcing me to manufacturer website for 6 month old defective item

I got fed up with the overpriced oral B toothbrushes. 
They also needed charging on a weekly basis. 
I bought one of these.
Excellent toothbrush and only charged it once in the last six months !!

I have an Oral B toothbrush - had it for at least 3 years now. (Got it as a Christmas present in 2021 I think - may have been the year before. As such I can't remember which exact model it is ... it has Type 3756 on it). It still works well and holds charge well - I get at least 2 weeks out of a charge, and that's using it twice a day at the faster speed.
