To whom it may concern
Over the festive period I received a letter from you regarding improper parking at a location in Coventry – (letter attached)
Although dated 5th of December 2024 and mentioning a previous letter (which I had never received) I only received it on the 21st December (probably due to the Christmas post) and then logged on to your website to formulate an appeal.
I was given an error message regarding the notice that this case had now been passed on debt enforcement (obviously a concern over the Christmas period).
I have tried to call your office several times however it refers me to the rear of the first letter which I have not received.
I would like you to revert this case back to the appeals / discounted offer stage and enable me to make an appeal.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards

Parking Charge Notice xxxxxxx
The PCN was issued on the 18th November 2024, as no payment or correspondence was received, a reminder letter was sent on 5th December 2024. Both letters were sent to the same address provided to us by the DVLA.
If the above notice was not received, we would therefore advise that any complaints regarding delays with post, will need to be made to your local delivery service.
Please be advised that we are no longer able to deal with your case at this late stage as it is now being dealt with by our Collection Agency. Their details are as follows;
Debt Recovery Plus Ltd.
P.O. Box 219
Manchester
M34 0DG
Telephone Number: 0208 234 6775

I wouldn't be using the word fraudulent, that could be worse for you if challenged
You have not gone about appealing correctly, following a set process, which they seem to be doing, in a currently unregulated industry
Get your V5c out and check if your details are up to date, especially your address, especially if you have moved, they would have posted letters to the address provided by the dvla, same as councils, police or authorities etc
Update it if it needs doing, ASAP
Ignore the debt collectors letters, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Court is where this saga will be settled, in the future2 -
Okay brill - thanks for your help
I will contact the centre management to see what they can do,
I know I need to wait for court action but is there anything proactive I can do apart from contacting the car park owners?0 -
Just plan A, because you already followed plans B & C and failed to win either appeal
Plan D is civil court, where a judge can decide if you owe them money, and how much, if you lost your arguments there
Or they may discontinue beforehand, too many unknowns, but this current stage is impasse2 -

Just ignore Premier Park. Nobody pays them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
