Unusual ownership arrangements

What is the best way to get building & contents insurance when my daughter pays the mortgage & I paid the deposit on our home with a legally declared right to live here for my lifetime. My daughter has since moved to a different property - the tick boxes suggest this is a second home for her but we are neither tenants or mortgage holders. Any helpful suggestions?

The property wouldn't have been mortgageable if it wasn't insurable. Have there been post-purchase alterations?I am a mortgage broker. I went to Intelligent Insurance who were really helpful - happy to cover all quirks & gave a competitive price for cover required.0
