I recently converted from warm air heating to wet radiator heating. The plumber said it is too much work to carry pipes to downstairs toilet so it didn't get any radiator. I have this one from Lidl in my bathroom (in addition to a CH radiator) and I like it - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/266464293498 (you can buy it or a similar one cheaper).
Possibly too excessive for a toilet.
