Taking a company to court to reclaim funds

After using a company who has serviced our boiler for years, to install our en-suite shower, we soon realised that this was an area where they were not so proficient. Over a matter of months our shower pump in the airing cupboard started to splutter and after getting in touch with the pump manufacturer, they informed us that the pump had been installed incorrectly. After two more pumps and the same thing happening (which means our Warranty is invalid), the Heating company has said it will not come to our property again to fix the pump. We are now having to approach the Manufacturer of the pump to fix the problem once and for all. We have informed the Heating company of this but if they fail to reimburse us (and we can prove they are at fault) what would be our next steps please?
