No way to contact eBay Business Seller

I've received an order from a UK Business Seller today (100% feedback from 8.4k sales), but they have sent the wrong item (I've double checked the listing etc).
Normally I would message the seller with pictures etc and arrange a solution (ideally to exchange for the right item).
However, they seem to have disabled all message functions and do not list a phone number or email address. Its not even possible to contact them via their numerous other listings. Posting feedback to get their attention also isn't an option as eBay now block neutral / negative for 8 days.
I've emailed eBay to ask them how to contact the seller, but any other ideas?

I'm sure that they should have contact details, apart from anything else it's a legal requirement for distance selling. If you cannot contact them to resolve it, a SNAD claim should grab their attention.

Can sellers switch communication off over the weekend? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Personally I’d just open an SNAD as that’s the best way to resolve this anyway. That way seller can send a pre paid label for the return, and once received back and refunded you can buy again.Trying to arrange swaps or anything just leaves you vulnerable, so follow the process.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Soolin is correct, open an INAD/SNAD.
Goto your purchase history find the item click on more actions then item does not match description. The seller will then have to issue a label for you to return the item, once returned they have three days to refund in full. If they don't get eBay to escalate it by going back to the case.
There are unfortunately with any platform some unscrupulous sellers, who would lead you along on a piece of string to try and time you out etc, so best to act within the time frames of ebays MBG which give you as the buyer excellent protection.
@GDB2222 Sellers cannot switch communication off over a weekend, even with time away enabled messages should get through. although you would probably get the message this seller is away so may take longer to respond.3
