Sorry I did not see the email about that message to change the title. I did change title some time ago. Let me know if I need to make more detailed.
There is an update to this thread. After a year since it happened I did get Letter of Claim just today.
The date on the letter 23rd of October even though I received it on 04th of November so I need to respond soon.
The deadline to contact them is 22nd Novemeber.
How do I procceed from here ?
Do you need a photo of the letter?

The way to respond to a LOC is in the second post of the NEWBIE sticky. No thanks for the offer of the letter, we have seen a few - just make sure it gives you 30 days to deal (real LoC) as opposed to 14 days (begging/debt collection) letter.0

Thanks I will follow the Newbie Sticky and go from there. Aside from "Letter of Claim" in bold on the top of the letter it does appear to have 30 days to deal. 23rd October date of letter and in the bottom the deadline is 22 Nov.
