"parking operators must retain a record of the date of posting of a notice, not simply of that notice having been generated (e.g. the date that any third-party Mail Consolidator actually put it in the postal system.)"
(And not forgetting the "poor" workers at DVLA having to process the KADOE request on, (probably), the 24th of December).

Well this was six years ago and their "Double Yellow Lines" were nearly obliterated then and they look non existent now! Also if they want to cite DYL's these are as used by councils which they are copying, and you are allowed to load and unload on them. Their fake PCN shows no observation period so who are they trying to kid?Is there actually a sign there now? There wasn't in 2018, and that little sign on the boarded up window isn't a sign from the PPC so makes no contract with them. Also there are no entrance signs warning of any Armageddon that might fall on a transgressor of their made up rules.I notice they have not done the usual photo of a sign adjacent to the vehicle, because there isn't one.If that sign you have shown is their evidence it isn't dated, or even shows where it is, it could be in a different town for all anybody knows. Why on earth would you want to pay dimwits anything when they can't even follow the rules of the COP to this very day? They are cheap lying scammers, and to qualify that their statement (well actually it's a ready made proforma) states; "The signage which is clearly displayed throughout the area" is a lie!:2

Don't give 'em your name Pike! The NtK is not PoFA compliant either. I refer you to the "period of parking" and Brennan v Premier Parking Solutions (2023).

Hi everyone.
A new ticket came through just yesterday... This one is bit different. Same square but different place. Looks like the time I parked for a quick run to store around the corner. This time is for "no permit". Does it change anything? Is it still ignore method or now it is different since they have 2 "tickets" against me or they are treated separately ?

They could possibly combine them, but if the 2 locations are unconnected they could try 2 separate claims
Bearing in mind that cameras and enforcement are everywhere, nobody should be taking a chance on parking on private property in order to nip to the nearby shop. The public street is for that purpose !
These parking sharks prey on those who think that they can park where they please, leading to these issues and possibly court, DON'T DO IT, avoid, THINK , it really is that simple

It's not really any different they say you broke the contract you entered in to, it's less about parking more about a commercial contract they say you broke, but of course you didn't as they didn't offer you one (permit only isn't offering a contract).

So it is the same as the previous one?
Ignore and wait for LBC if it ever comes?

Either ignore both, or appeal and then ignore.
Personally I would appeal (as keeper saying the NTK is not PoFA compliant), and then again to the IAS simply because it costs the PPC time and money, then I would ignore.
Do not reveal the driver's identity.
By the way, your PCN number is showing in the last photo.
I suggest in future you check the Ts and Cs on parking signs before parking, and ideally avoid anywhere that is infested by an unregulated private parking company if possible.
Please also complain to your MP, and ask them when the new mandatory parking code of practice is going to be introduced. The IPC and BPA have recently brought out their own joint CoP, in my opinion to confuse people, so stress that it is not the one the government are currently working on to support the 2019 parking bill.
Please also sign the petition in this post, and get friends and family to do the same.
