I use Rembrandt - costs €8.90 for a standard tube, compared with €1.19 for the standard brands, but it is miles better (or do I mean smiles better:rolleyes: )

Like a lot of people, I wont scrimp on bread, butter, toilet paper, tea bags, shower gel.

I also LOVE Radley handbags and always ask for something Radley for birthdays, xmas etc. I treat myself to little things as well when I have a bit of extra money.

Loo roll ?! - what are you lotlike eh?!! LOL Ive tried all types and find the more expensive ones get used a LOT more quickly than Somerfield basic brand, which for a basic brand is pretty good ;) I can highly recommend their basic brand kitchen roll too, just over £1 for 4 rolls and is as good as branded luxury ones IMO.

Anyway, back to the real subject......hellmans mayo..the only other that comes near is tescos own but I do have to go out of my way to buy that

    Clover
    Douwe Egberts Continential Gold Coffee
Free Range eggs (my local shop sells them sometimes for 29p for 6)
Organic meat, veg and fruit (only in season)
    Tesco Non-Bio washing powder

Love Lush products too don't buy very often but when I do I always get a freebie:D

I normally scrimp on other things. Don't smoke nor drink but do read papers from time to time.

My horse. She has a higher food budget than we do for all four of us which may explain why OH isn't so keen on her! x x
