Claiming housing benefit

Hi
My sister lives in a large bungalow, it is basically 2 bungalows joined together by a kitchen,  each has its own lounge,  bedrooms,  bathrooms, toilets,  and access. She lived one end and her mother in law the other.  However her mother in law has now passed so it is empty that end.
I am disabled and live with my wife/carer in a housing association bungalow, on full housing benefit. However as im getting older and needed more care, I would like to move into my sisters property (where her mother in law lived) with my wife so that she can get some support with my care. Is there any way I can still get some form of housing benefit to pay to my Sister as a contribution towards the rent.
