Filling in small drill holes in front door that I think is composite

Had a set of blinds on front door before but they were tatty and managed to get a bargain at a charity shop of a nice set of blinds but they are slightly longer, I could cut them down but I have tried that with blinds before and can never get a straight line.

I could go simple and use wood filler, but when I eventually move which I plan to do within the next 2-3 years at most I don't want the HA to tell me door is damaged.

I do have a tube of sealant but not sure if it's good enough.

The door seems to have metal in it, when I drilled the holes it took a few seconds to drill into it through the metal and inside was hollow.

EDIT : I could change the bathroom blinds for front door as they fit the holes I already made but either way at some point I will need to fill them in.

Wood filler - Wrong stuff for the job, as is silicone sealant.
Depending on how large the holes are, Colorfill would do the job if you can match the colour.

Thanks, well just small screw holes so tiny, in the meantime I have used filler just to tidy it up.

Colorfill looks fine to me but white colour seems expensive, any cheaper alternatives otherwise I will buy another colour of it as door will be painted over at some point.

In this case for small holes you can try some grab adhesive, e.g.

It shrinks a little when drying, so will probably need 1-2 topups.

Yes, Colorfill is expensive and you don't get much in a tube. But it is good stuff... An alternative would be Milliput, but you don't get the range of colours. Although, with a small paintbrush and suitable paints, you should be able to get a near invisible repair.
