    You should have a look at some of the Vanguard threads on here prompted by a change in their fees.  There are suggestions for other platforms including Iweb (which I use) and others.  The fee structures vary and so some may be better than others depending on how frequently you buy and sell and how much you have in the ISA.  I think Iweb is OK if you are in the buy and forget camp rather than the buy and sell every day camp.  I have never used Vanguard but there are some comments about what is available on Vanguard and people point out you can get Vanguard funds on other platforms.
