THE FA CUP 2025 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

•    Prize Draw in relation to the FA Cup programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 10 January 2025.
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00am on Monday 28 April 2025. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 1 May 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
•    The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below).  All entrants must be contactable on Friday 2 May 2025 and for two (2) working days after.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

•    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword GOAL or WINNER to 82223. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 82223. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to thirteen (13) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number.

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of £60,000 and hospitality tickets to the FA Cup Final.

(i) £60,000 cash

 

This element of the prize consists of £60,000 (sixty thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(ii) Tickets to the FA Cup Final

 

This element of the prize consists of four (4) hospitality tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend the FA Cup Final game at Wembley Stadium, London scheduled on Saturday 17 May 2025 (“Tickets”). The tickets include: (i) a table of four (4) in Wembley Stadium’s Bobby Moore lounge for the game; a four-course à la carte meal with a fully inclusive drinks package (Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Beers, Wines & Soft Drinks); seats located on the halfway line behind the players’ dugouts; and access to the stadium three hours prior to kick-off and an hour post-match;

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant date.

 

The prize also includes an allowance of £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) per person towards travel and accommodation, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Tickets of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that FA Cup Final does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The prize excludes accommodation, transportation, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than the travel allowance as specified above).

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of the cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
