ONLINE FA CUP 2025 PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

 

•    Prize Draw in relation to the FA Cup programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via post and online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Thursday 9 January 2025.
•    Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10.00am on Monday 31 March 2025. 
•    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Thursday 3 April 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

•    The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
•    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. 
•    The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below).  All entrants must be contactable on Friday 4 April 2025 and for two (2) working days after.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on-screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize of four (4) hospitality tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to attend the FA Cup Semi-Final game at Wembley Stadium, London scheduled on Saturday 26 April or Sunday 27 April 2025, depending on the winner’s choice (subject to availability). It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

 

The tickets include: (i) a table of four (4) in Wembley Stadium’s Bobby Moore lounge for the game; a four-course à la carte meal with a fully inclusive drinks package (Laurent-Perrier Champagne, Beers, Wines & Soft Drinks; seats located on the halfway line behind the players’ dugouts and access to the stadium three hours prior to kick-off and an hour post-match.

 

The prize also includes an allowance of £250 (two hundred pounds) per person towards travel and accommodation, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that FA Cup Semi-Final does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The prize excludes accommodation, transportation, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than the travel allowance as specified above).

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
