@Coupon-mad do I stick with this for para 3, or go with the Chan & Akande statement on the basis the PoC is 'Failed to obtain a permit in accordance with the notified terms'?

Also, I've seen you reference an amended para 10 statement:

    Do I use this also?

    Thanks

Depends whether the specific breach was pleaded. I've got no time to look back!

OK, no worries. I'll make the amendments you've suggested and complete the submission tomorrow.

    Thanks again.

OK I'm back in the room with a bit more time to look, and as I now see you said "the PoC is 'Failed to obtain a permit in accordance with the notified terms'" the breach IS pleaded.

So don't use Chan or Akande.

Then once your defence is in you can make an email complaint to the CMA (very easy and we'll help write it). Your evidence of them rejecting your appeal could help see CEL fined for this conduct.

Please please do this. Make a difference…

    Defence submitted.

Happy to make a complaint to the CMA if you can help me write it.

    Thanks

There have been quite a few posts recently about the CMA and some of them written by @Coupon-mad; use one of those as the basis for your complaint.
