'dispatch overdue' glitch

EDIT as sort of resolved. I got through to live chat and after a brief discussion with 2 different reps was told 'Please be assured, I can see that it is a temporary technical issue. It won't impact your account.'. Apparently if it is still there next week I should contact them again. So the usual 'we don't know what's happening but will put off doing anything for a few more days' response.

If I get a chance (and I've only just got back from holiday) I will phone ebay about this, but meanwhile I seem to have found another glitch. 

I sent everything last Friday before I went away and put my holiday settings on. Then 2 days before my return I allowed sales even though my holiday settings were on. This showed as not requiring dispatch until 14th Jan - which gave me plenty of time to negotiate the poor weather up North. 

On my private account I made 3 sales straight away - then yesterday I woke up to find 5 sales with it all highlighted in red saying overdue - 1.

If I click on the 1 or the overdue comment I get 'We didn't find any results. Try searching with different criteria.' . If I check my print labels and post tab it shows just 4 sales , all due to be sent next week.

This morning I have 6 sales showing  but when I click to see them there's only 5 . I've printed off all my labels and am just about to go to the Mail centre but despite sending everything showing as due I am still showing 1 overdue.

Is anyone else seeing anything strange like this?
