Not very clear what it is you think needs resolved? Is the window defective (rather than something wrong with the installation)? Is it a new defect? What does the guarantee say and who was it granted by?
Nothing wrong with the installation, I have noticed it getting colder over the last few months and it is unbearable now.  I have asthma so really not good to be sitting in a cold room most of the evening.  It was before Christmas I noticed the draft coming through so thought to myself, I will contact Bulloch Group, who was the company I purchased from, after the holiday was out the way.

Bulloch told me the guarantee was for 15 years and they sent me the copy, which was granted by REHAU,  According to that, the guarantee was effective from the moment they delivered the window profiles.

This is an extract from the guarantee:

REHAU PVC-U window profiles are a product of over 40 years experience in extrusion. They are produced in RAU-PVC 1302 and 1406. RAU-PVC provides a state of the art material for the requirements of modern window construction. For this reason we confirm that Profile shape and dimensions conform to drawings and specified tolerances, quality of material supplied is constantly in accordance to our Technical Delivery Specification TLV UK Systems/01 and resistance to colour fastness in accordance with EN 12608:2003 (5.8.3) are all guaranteed for 15 years. The warranty excludes discolouration caused by media and/or influences, which are not covered within EN 12608 and EN513. Any warranty work will be undertaken at our own discretion either through correction of the fault or substitution of material and assumes that any fault in the profiles is quite clearly attributable to our own shortcomings. Claims beyond this, for whatsoever reason, cannot be accepted.

The guarantee goes on to name me as the beneficiary.
I think the issue you may face here is it is not the actual window material that is the issue but the actual installation of the window.

Maybe, but the OP said in their second post Nothing wrong with the installation. I think we should respect that.

I think the issues here are:
    1. What (if any) is the fault with the windows which is causing the room to become progressively colder and colder?
    1. Who is legally is responsible for that fault ( such as perhaps the insurer of that insurance-backed policy) and how can the OP get them to fix it?
    (MSE's numbering system is FUBAR)

This is exactly it.  I think if something had gone wrong at installation time it would have always been cold but it had just got more noticably cold last year and got unbearable towards the end of the year.

Anyway to update further, I heard from the salesman who I had contact with and brought the samples and he confirmed that the company have shut their doors and he hasn't had anything to do with them for the last 3 years.  The good news is that he confirmed the guarantee was insurance backed but didn't know how I would go about getting them fixed so anyone with any ideas I would really appreciate it.

I did pay part of it by credit card so wonder if they could help under section 75.

You would need a 3rd party report confirming the issue.

But you also mentioned finance in a previous post. Was this by the company or another finance co? (not bank loan) As that maybe a better route to start with as you also have S75 there. As CC will pick that up from invoice. As they will not be wanting to pay in full when other finance involved.

Thanks.  Finance was through Phoenix.  They paid Bulloch the balance of the purchase price and I paid Phoenix the loan repayments.

You say I would need a third party report, where would I get that please?
