I can't see if it's only your EE bill. Maybe it is given the context of it being an EE competition.

It's run by EE, entrants have to download the latest version of the EE app, I think it's a safe bet that the £1,000 is only towards your EE mobile bill (caveat - I can't download the EE app atm, so I can't check the Ts and Cs)

The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of EE their families or its agencies. Only one entry per account.

2.       The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3.       The prizes are (15) x £1000 credit towards your EE bill. One winner per account.

4.       Winners must have a registered EE account (Broadband or Mobile) for the credit to be applied. If you are not an EE customer in order to be eligible for the credit, you must join EE and register your account within 1 month from being notified you have won.

5.       Credit can only be applied to charges that appear on your monthly bill. Credit cannot be applied if your account is suspended or to any device credit agreements you may have.

6.       The prize is subject to availability.

7.       The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

8.       Entries must be made by completing the online entry form found link and registering interest to hear more about Samsung’s new product launch , on or before Midnight on 17th January 2025. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

9.       The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person . Winner will be notified by phone/email on or before 24th February 2025.

10.   A list of prize winners (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to EE Limited, 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 17th February 2025 28 days from draw date.

11.   Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and notifying participants about Samsung’s new product launch, after which they will be deleted and will not be processed for any other purpose, unless you choose or have chosen to receive information from the Promoter. 12.   No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.

13.   The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within 72 hours and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that they purport any inappropriate behaviour in their entry or it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.

14.   Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

15.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize, or any damage to any entrant’s or other person’s computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of downloading any material relating to this promotion.
