Energy providers and Solar and EV Tariff Compatibility

Hi there, I’m hoping someone can help with an issue which I’m struggling to get a clear answer to. I have just received a new EV and had an Ohme charger installed at my house, I also have solar panels. I am currently with OVO energy and was hoping to use their Anytime tariff but I’ve been told my Ohme charger doesn’t work with this tariff due to the solar panels (something they will hopefully fix eventually). So I am looking at maybe switching providers to one which has a good ev tariff which will work with my solar panels. Any suggestions please?

Except you export you solar, rather than charge the car with solar.

    Yep.
OP would just need to confirm that they still do export on the tariff.

I'm with Octopus, have an Ohme charger and am using Intelligent Octopus Go. The tariff and charger work together nicely. See below for export tariff options.

Octopus have a handy matrix that shows what export tariff options are available with each import tariff.:
    It currently looks like this:

    N. Hampshire, he/him. Octopus Intelligent Go elec & Tracker gas / Vodafone BB / iD mobile. Ripple Kirk Hill member.
    2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 33MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.

It's Octopus Octopus Octopus here, but Eon Next might be worth a look.  Cheaper night/EV rate and higher payment for exported electricity.

Do Eon Next do cheap electricity until 11am?
The main benefit of Intelligent Octopus Go is the extra cheap slots. We regularly plug in in the morning and do a couple of loads of washing etc.

No but they give you cheaper electricity than Octopus Go for 7 hours (midnight to 7 am) every day of the week.  That's one hour more than the standard Octopus cheap rate every day, guaranteed.  I understand that Octopus will sometimes throw-in some extra cheap rate time but how certain is this?
