That is horrific feedback too.....
I hope that you left appropriate feedback if you were sold counterfeit goods.
I presume when you reported the seller you went via this link and for violating policy? https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/action?topicid=40220 -
I haven't seen seller replies to negative feedback like that for a few years!!

How the heck are eBay allowing them to keep that account?!
Just noticed they are also registered as private seller despite obviously selling as a business. This is the bad wood eBay need to burn away.0 -
Always bugs me when I see buyers say they wasted their money. Do people not know they can claim their money back
for items received damaged or fake etc?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
This is an astonishing response by this seller to a negative comment:I should have read reviews before buying. Molton Brown shower gel arrived but had leaked everywhere as the bottle had no seal on it ( so cannot be sure it is actual Molton Brown contents), contacted seller twice but was totally ignored so cannot recommend. Wasted £16.50 as was intended as a gift but could not use. Lesson learnt will buy from proper MB shop in future.
Edit: Just looked at some more negative feedback and quite a few of them have dismissive and sarcastic comments in the same vein.Molton Brown Bath Shower Gel Set Orange & Bergamot 300ml FREE GIFT BAG (#156498214315)Buyer: s***s (372)£16.50Verified purchasePast monthReply from: shriftsaving. Left within past month. To be completely honest, I thought I had sent you an empty bottle, so you did get some contents, count yourself lucky... Not too sure what the difference is between ignored & totally ignored.... You can enlighten me if you wish, but obviously I wont reply....

Then again, why are buyers purchasing from a seller with 91% feedback rating?! It’s just asking for trouble.1 -

Just before Christmas I had a run of buying a few items and some had a problem. A couple of big companies did not handle my complaint correctly and I ended up getting more than a refund as I badgered them to sort it out correctly. Whether they have uninformed staff or deliberately obfuscate but it's understandable from that that buyers wouldn't always know their rights.

Who buys from a seller with feedback - and follow up comments - like that?0

They no longer have anything for sale. Maybe eBay have finally intervened.0
