Hello,
I am new here and I hope I understood correctly to have to start a new thread.
I am new here and I hope I understood correctly to have to start a new thread.
I received a fine for overstaying parking restriction which I paid and have proof on a bank statement but yet receiving this notices from DCBL wanting £170 and threatening to take it to court. I’ve read some responses to a simmilar issues but I am still in a blank of how to deal with it. I would be most grateful for a simply put advice as my vocabulary might be limited to understand law terminologies.
Most grateful in advance.

Ignore the debt collectors like DCBL, They are powerless, do not pay
C P Plus may issue a court claim in the future, possibly as Group Nexus, by using the legal company DCB Legal
Wait for a Letter of Claim followed by a court claim, coming back to this thread if either happens1 -
Thank you so much, I feel reassured. I just really don’t understand why they still stress me although I paid!1

It will all come out in the wash once they probably issue a court claim in the future1

Are you sure that the PCN ref is the same one as you paid? We wish you had not paid a scam.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
