Received PCN from Parking Eye

So I visited Greenwich peninsula golf range and parked in their car park, i forgot to put my vehicle reg in the terminal to get free parking and now i have received a PCN. Should I send my complaint directly to the Greenwich Peninsula Golf Range email which is greenwichpeninsula@n1golf.com? And how should this complaint look? I am unable to view the complain example on this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4766249 because it says page not found when I click on the link.

I’ve checked some of the successes on that thread. But none of them really have the actual email they sent. Just wondering how I actually layout the email. Do I specifically tell them to cancel the PCN? How should I write it.

Many of them show their complaint emails on their own threads which you see in seconds by clicking on their username. 

Just be polite but angry. In your own words. Don't use the appalling Chat GPT nor Resolver.  Just write it from the heart.

I just asked them to cancel the pcn with proof of the booking and pcn photo. They were very responsive.
