Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
   
   
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
   
   
3. The prize draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 12 January 2025 (“Closing Date”). Entries made after this time will not be valid and will not be entered into the draw.

, (ii) complete all required fields in the online form, and (iii) confirm in the online form that they wish to be entered into the prize draw and receive marketing communications from the Promoter, before the Closing Date detailed in condition 3 above. Only one entry is permitted per person.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed for any reason, including due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Entrants must provide a valid phone number and email address to claim this prize.

Ten (10) winners (each a “Prize Winner”, and together the “Prize Winners”) will be selected by a random draw performed by a computer process on or before 15 January 2025. The Promoter may require the Prize Winners to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the prize draw and/or of their identity.

The Prize Winners will each win one (1) Family LCFC Women Half Season Ticket (the “Prize”). Each Prize will be comprised of four (4) LCFC Women Half Season Tickets (the seat location of which shall be at the discretion of the Promoter and subject to availability) which shall be valid for LCFC Women’s remaining 2024/2025 Barclays Women’s Super League home matches against Liverpool, Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City and West Ham (each a “Fixture”, and together the “Fixtures”). Each Prize Winner will be able to select up to four (4) Adult, Senior, U22, U18, U12 and U8 LCFC Women Half Season Tickets in any combination so long as a minimum of one (1) such LCFC Women Half Season Ticket is allocated to an appropriate adult who will attend each Fixture.

Each Prize Winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) before 17:00 (UK time) on 17 January 2025, with details of how to claim their Prize. The Prize may only be claimed by the Prize Winner and allocated to individuals who are known to them. The Prize Winner will need to provide the name, address, date of birth and contact details for each individual who they wish to allocate an LCFC Women Half Season Ticket to. Once allocated, LCFC Women Half Season Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the named ticket holders. If any Prize Winner and/or their allocated ticket holder(s) have already purchased a LCFC Women Season Ticket, LCFC Women Half Season Ticket or LCFC Women Match Ticket, they shall not be entitled to a refund or an alternative prize.

The Prize is non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash and is only valid for the Fixtures (as detailed in condition 7). If a Prize Winner fails to validly claim their Prize by 17:00 (UK time) on 24 January 2025, their Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall not be obliged to select an alternative Prize Winner.

Without limitation, no food or drink items, travel, accommodation, or personal expenses are included in the Prize, and these must be paid for by the Prize Winners.

The Prize is subject to these terms and conditions, along with the 2024/2025 LCFC Women Season Ticket Terms and Conditions, and LCFC’s Ground Regulations (both available at

, including in respect of personal assistants.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the Prize, or any item(s) forming part of the Prize, for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the scheduling of each Fixture is subject to change, and should it be rescheduled to take place at a new time, date or location which the Prize Winners or any of their respective allocated ticket holders cannot attend, no alternative will be offered.

The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the Prize Winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails

within one (1) month after the Closing Date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available please contact the Promoter by email to

. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw or the Prize where it becomes necessary to do so.

Where the Promoter or any of its providers makes any changes to the Prize or the Fixtures, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available (subject to the Promoter’s right set out in condition 12). The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the Prize (in whole or in part), or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of the Promoter in relation to personal injury or death caused by the Promoter’s negligence or for fraud.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its providers, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Prize Winner(s) or any allocated ticket holder(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its providers, agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed for the administration of this prize draw, for the marketing purposes set out in the opt-in, for fulfilment of the Prize (where applicable), and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at
