Anyone else stopped receiving Justpark booking emails?
I rent out my driveway on Justpark.Until about 3 weeks ago I was receiving an email every time I received a booking for my driveway. Since then I've received none, despite having received at least 5 bookings since then.
I've reported it to JustPark support. They insist that they are sending the emails, but are apparently unable to forward me copies of emails sent. They have advised me to check all the obvious things (spam folder, safe senders list, mailbox quota) but there are no issues with any of that - I am still receiving >30 emails per day (including from Justpark support), and I am only using 59% of my Gmail storage quota.
I was wondering whether anyone else was having this problerm?

My brother uses it and gets booking emails. Perhaps you've accidentally unsubscribed? If so you'd have to opt in again.
If it's not that then try going back in your old emails and find a booking, if you click on the email it came from you should find an option to add it into your Address Book or your VIPs. This will make sure it goes into your inbox and not Promotions/Spam etc. I noticed recently that Gmail had recategorized some of the brands I subscribe to into my Promotions and I always ignore that folder cos it looks like paid ads lol (it has a green tag logo).0 -

I have added their email address to my Gmail contacts to see if that helps.1 -
With their address added to contacts this should ensure that emails from Justpark received will go to your inbox.
Gmail does not have a "Whitelist" option but this is an equivalent procedure.
If you are still not receiving emails then an "IT support trick" to restart emails is to unsubscribe and then resubscribe.0 -

How do you unsubscribe and re-subscribe to Justpark emails? That doesn't seem to be an option on the Justpark website. You can do that for SMS messages, but not emails.
