    @paddyposh You're welcome, tbh I really don't know, I've been fortunate enough not to have to go to court so not sure what you can and cannot say, ultimately if there is opportunity and you've delivered you other key elements, it cannot hurt, but not sure of the clout it would have.

    Something along the lines of "It has come to my attention that Spring Parking did not have a legal basis under the DPA to share my personal details with DCB legal to pursue collection" - but I am not an expert in court matters....
