Shop Receipt is different to Finance Agreement.

Hello everyone, I bought a couch from SCS and their shop receipt is different in several places to the Finance Agreement.
For example, the Finance Agreement shows the amount for 'Insurances / Warranty' as £146.70. The shop receipt shows a 5 Yr Sofaguard £118, Fabric Recliner Care Package, £45, Fabric Care Kit £50. (totalling £213).
Beneath this there's a £99 delivery charge, then a £150 off Promo Voucher.
Similarly, the shop receipt shows a cost of £3399.99 plus £30 for 3 recliner cups, (£3429.99) but the Finance Agreement under 'Goods, Furniture' shows £3445.39.
I've tried every possible combination trying to make the shop receipt and the Finance Agreement match up, but cannot. What are my Consumer Rights here please and what's my next step?

Best bet ring them & ask to explain.
Might be a finance charge in there, but thats just a wild guess.
So until they tell you why, no one can say what rights you have.Life in the slow lane0 -
I've been comparing the finance agreement and the receipt. Not one figure matches. The shop has also 'cooked the books' to try to make the VAT work and added a random 50p to make their fudge balance. This cannot be right.
What should I do? Is this unenforceable?0 -

In the two days since you've posted have you contacted the shop and asked them to explain the differences? Probably a better option then going online and accusing them of 'cooking the books'.
