Hello all, I currently have an immersion heater and all hot water runs off electric, there is no gas in my property. Im looking to do my electricity renewal and was wondering if anybody knows if it beneficial for me to take a tariff where the electricity is more exepensive in the day but cheaper through the night, or if…

As you appear to have a smart meter, it could be worth adding something like the Bright app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.hildebra tnd.brightionic&hl=en-US ) to your phone. Its not up to the minute like an In Home device but it allows you to monitor you consumption in half hour chunks, giving a much better feel of when and how much leccy you use to see if you could adjust your consumption to suit an E7 tariff
